You can return all LANE products for an exchange or refund as long as the products have not been worn and/or washed or damaged in any way.

Should you wish to exchange a product or obtain a refund, please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

For any exchange or refund, please send an email to orders@wearelane.com stating your name and address.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card or Stripe account used at time of purchase, once the package has been received at the company’s head office.

For any exchange, a new confirmation email will be sent to you providing further information. Should a swimsuit be lost while shipped for exchange or refund purposes, LANE will not be held responsible for the loss.
